Competition law needs to be complied with not only in connection with distribution systems, but also in patent and licence agreements, and in research and development agreements. Therefore, it is important to draft appropriate contracts and agreements that are in the best interests of the parties involved, without creating unnecessary risks of unenforceability, damages or fines.
